The Company.

PCS are a UK based manufacturer of high performance construction products. PCS produce a diverse range of products that are thermally insulating, lightweight and waterproof. Our products are designed for use as a lining and overlay system for walls and floors that require the application of natural stone, ceramic and porcelain tiles etc. Our products include “DeltaBoard” an incredibly versatile Thermal Construction Board and “DeltaTray” performance shower tray formers, products often referred to within the construction industry as “Thermal Tilebacker Products”.

Our Wellness Seating Profiles and Modular Wellness Pods are used to create stunning Hammam and Steamroom environments for Spa projects worldwide. In addition to our standard range of products, PCS offer a bespoke service, ideal for projects that require individual specification. Working with architects, designers, specifiers, builders and developers, PCS design and manufacture bespoke products tailored to suit individual project requirements. All we need is your ideas and we do the rest.

Our Products.

Our products have been developed for use where heat loss and moisture absorption need to be effectively controlled and where a hard lightweight surface is required for the application of a final decorative surface such as ceramic tiles, natural stone, synthetic renders or plaster.

The hard wearing reinforced cementitious coating enhances the foam structure, increasing its resistance to impact, improving its fire resistance, and creating a surface with a high level of adhesion ready to accept various decorative surface finishes.
